Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings
Plan and prepare presentation
Manage the proposal development process and maintain the timelines for the proposal with the client
Develop draft proposals based on discussions
Investigate the economic conditions of a prospective client
Prepare a detailed business plan to set goals and objectives
Attend trade shows, conferences, and conventions to keep up to date on changes in the industry
Follow up bad debts
Secure additional workloads from existing clients
Present TYF, Inc. to potential clients
Support marketing activities
Ensure all sales opportunities are captured and explored
Provide management with market feedback
Identify new accounts or projects for the Company
Acquire and develop new accounts or projects, new business relationships
Assist in the improvement, development, and implementation of existing campaigns
Devise ways and means to ensure the profitability of accounts or projects
Negotiate with prospective clients in behalf of the Company, subject however to prior authority from the CEO
Work with Client Service Manager in developing and coordinating marketing activities in the key markets
Build and maintain good relationship with the clients
Perform such other jobs as may be required by the management from time to time
Job Specification:
With at least 3 years of extensive experience as Business Development Manager in the BPO industry
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Good negotiation skills and persuasive
Confident, has positive attitude and professional manner
Has initiative, self-motivated and trustworthy
Able to work as part of a team
